Experience a perfect vacation in Dénia at our nice vacation apartment located on Calle Loreto 29. With two rooms and air conditioning, it comfortably accommodates 2-4 persons. The apartment features an equipped kitchen, one bathroom, free WiFi, and is situated in the heart of the old city, ensuring easy access to everything Dénia has to offer. We speak Spanish, English and German.

Mariaeugenia was a great and accommodating host – very responsive if there was any questions or queries we had. The flat is beautiful and on one of the best streets in Denia for restaurants in the heart of the Old Town.
Ignacio, Málaga, Spain. We had a great time at the place. Everything was just as in the photos, arguably better. The bed is really comfortable and the air conditioning works perfectly. The kitchen is greatly equipped and both the living room and bathroom are great. Location is also great, in a street full of restaurants right in the center but the flat faces a back street, with reduced noise. Check-in was easy and María Eugenia was very responsive.

Recent remodeled apartment. Nice and clean. Most of the things you need. Good beds. As shown in the photos. In the old city, at walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and historic places. Recommended!

A great place, very comfortable, nice decorated. The apartment is very quiet in spite of being in a busy pedestrian street. Grocery stores are just two blocks away. The kitchen has everything you need. The house was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again.
