Explore Dénia’s rich history, shaped by the Iberians, Phoenicians, Romans, Visigoths, Muslims, and Christians. Visit the castle and its ancient walls, as well as the Archaeological, Ethnological and Toy museums and other historic sites throughout the city.
Loreto Street, located just below the apartment, along with the old town, offers a wide variety of bars and restaurants with a vibrant day and night life. Throughout the year, the area also hosts numerous gastronomic events and festivals
Discover Dénia’s beaches, coves, and natural attractions such as El Montgó Natural Park, the Cova Tallada, and the lighthouse at Cap de Sant Antoni. Enjoy hiking, biking, diving, and a wide range of beach and water sports.

Our Commitment
During your Dénia vacation at Loreto 29-3, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience to you and your family. Experience a perfect vacation in Dénia at our 42-m2 comfortable vacation apartment with two bedrooms, ideal for 2-4 guests, each with a queen-size bed, closet, and air conditioning/heating for year-round comfort. The bathroom includes a shower and hot/cold water. The fully equipped kitchen, comes with an induction stove, refrigerator/freezer, washer, microwave oven, air fryer, cookware, tableware, and a kettle for infusions. The living room offers a relaxing space with a smart TV, and there’s a dedicated dining area for meals. Guests also have access to a shared terrace on the upper floor, perfect for drying clothes or sunbathing. It also has free Wi-Fi and other amenities, and is situated in the heart of the old city, ensuring easy access to everything Dénia has to offer. We speak Spanish, English and German.

We had a great time at the place. Everything was just as in the photos, arguably better. The bed is really comfortable and the air conditioning works perfectly. The kitchen is greatly equipped and both the living room and bathroom are great. Location is also great, in a street full of restaurants right in the center but the flat faces a back street, with reduced noise. Check-in was easy and María Eugenia was very responsive.

The apartment is very well located, on a central street full of restaurants, but very quiet as it overlooks a quiet street. It’s very pretty, everything is new, just like the photos. Ideal for spending a few days in Dénia and feeling at home. María Eugenia was very kind, a great host, attentive to your needs, quick to respond, and concerned about whether you need anything or are okay. She was very flexible with check-in and check-out. I had only planned to spend a few days here, but I ended up extending my stay for another week.
The flat has an ideal location — right in the center, yet close to the beaches (just a 10–15 minute walk).
It’s on what’s known as Dénia’s “restaurant street,” but it faces the quieter back street. No noise at all, very peaceful. It has absolutely everything you could need.
Mau is a lovely and very attentive host.
I spent ten wonderful days there that I won’t forget anytime soon. I truly felt at home — which is rare for an Airbnb, no matter how high-end it is.

The accommodation lived up to expectations and everything was quite good. María Eugenia’s attention was excellent, and she was flexible with check-in and check-out times. The location is very central and well-connected. However, it would be important to refine a few details to improve the experience: it would be advisable to mention that the television does not have an antenna cable, so you can’t tune in to any channels, although the television does have a wide variety of digital platforms. Also, the boiler drips almost constantly, making the noise somewhat annoying. We should also mention the bad luck we had upon arrival, as we found a cockroach in one of the rooms. If these details are addressed, the house is a good option for a few days in Denia.
