Check-in

Check-in time is from 15:00 (3 pm)

1- The electronic check-in web page will be sent to you after booking through the booking chat. Please fill out the information and send it back. Guests’ personal information is required by law. We treat your information with due privacy (See Privacy policy). We have highly respect for your privacy. It is highly recommended to follow the advice of the National Police to avoid scams when submitting your ID online:

  • Send the image of the ID (DNI in Spain) in black and white (to show that it is a photocopy)
  • Pixelate unnecessary data, especially the signature to prevent fraud
  • Write a text on the image of the ID mentioning the reason why it is being shared. i.e.: Only for check-in.

2- You will receive the following details via email after check-in:

  • Code for the lockbox containing the building entrance key
  • Code for the smart lock for the apartment door
  • Wi-Fi password: Scan the QR code displayed in the apartment (located under the TV).
  • There is also a QR code linking to this website (Deniavacation.es) for your convenience.

Check-out (Departure)

Check-out time is before 11:00 (11 am)

Before check-out please, make sure that:

  • All your apps (Netflix, Prime, Max, etc.) are removed from the TV to avoid unauthorized use of them
  • Garbage is removed (see Garbage disposal), and all food items are cleared from the refrigerator and freezer.
  • The dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils are clean
  • All windows are closed and locked, and the blinds are lowered.
  • All faucets are properly turned off
  • All lights are turned off
  • Air conditioning units are off
  • Refrigerator doors are closed
  • Kitchen stoves are turned off
  • The TV and other electrical equipment are turned off (except for the water heater and refrigerator)
  • The apartment door is securely closed and locked.
  • The building’s main entrance door is closed.
  • The key to the street door is returned to the lockbox
