We greatly appreciate your patronage and cooperation. Please, consider the following:

1. Before check-out please, be sure that:
   • All your apps (Netflix, Prime, Max, etc.) are removed from the TV to avoid unauthorized use
   • Garbage is removed (See Garbage disposal) and not perishable food is left in the refrigerator
   • The dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils are clean
   • All windows are closed, locked and the blinds down
   • All faucets are properly closed
   • All lights are off
   • Air conditioning units are off
   • Refrigerator doors are closed
   • Kitchen stoves are off
   • TV and other electrical equipment are off (except the water heater and the refrigerator)
   • The apartment door is properly closed and locked
   • The building street door is closed
   • The street door key is placed back to the lockbox
2. Pets are not allowed
3. The apartment is a no smoking area
4. Parties and public events are not allowed in the premises.
5. Silence hours (loud music, sounds,…) are from 23:00 (11 pm) to 8:00 (8 am)
