Check-in

1-. The electronic check-in web page will be send to you after booking through the booking chat. Please fill out the information and send it back. Guests’ personal information is required by law. We treat your information with due privacy (See Privacy policy). We have highly respect for your privacy. If you have to send a copy of your ID online we recommend to follow the advice of the National Police to avoid scams:

• Send the image of the ID in black and white (to show that it is a photocopy)
• Pixelate unnecessary data, especially the signature to prevent fraud
• Write a text on the image of the ID mentioning the reason why it is being shared. i.e.: Only for check-in.

2-. The codes for the lockbox with the key to the building entrance and the intelligent apartment lock will be sent to you by email after check-in. You can find the WiFi password scanning the QR code posted in the apartment and also, the QR code with the link to this web page (Deniavacation.es).

3-. Instrucions to use the gas stove (If applicable)

Check-out

Before check-out please, be sure that:

• You remove all your apps (Netflix, Prime, Max, etc.) from the TV to avoid unauthorized use of them
• All windows are closed and the blinds down
• All faucets are properly closed
• All lights are off
• The gas valve in the gas cylinder in the kitchen is off (If applicable)
• Kitchen stoves are off
• Air conditioning units are off
• Refrigerator doors are closed
• TV and other electrical equipment are off (excluded the water heater)
• The apartment door is properly closed and locked
• The street door key is returned back to the lockbox
