• Depending on the booking arrangement, the apartment can be rented with one or two bedrooms, accommodating a maximum of 2 or 4 guests, respectively.
• There is no elevator and the stairs are not suitable for persons with limited mobility or handicapped.
• Smoking in the property is not permitted.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The apartment is situated on the first floor of a building in the old town, so it does not offer any scenic views. The windows looks towards The Morería alley.
• The smart TV provides access to a variety of digital platforms. Local channels are received via an over-the-air antenna, and occasional reception issues may occur on some channels.
