Location and access

The property, a 42 square meter apartment, is located at Calle Loreto 29 (the green house below left), apartment 3, Denia 03700, Alicante, Spain (38.8403573°N, 0.1044773°E). It is a pedestrian street and can be accesed from Plaza de la Constitución, Sant Josep street, Sard street and Valencia Avenue. Map here.

Loreto Street

The main entrance to the building is located on the left side of the restaurant Les Monges. You’ll find a lockbox near the entrance; it contains the key to the street door. The lockbox combination will be provided to you by email after booking. The apartment is on the first floor, located at the end of the stairs and hallway. The apartment door is equipped with a smart lock. You’ll receive a password for the lock along with your Wi-Fi access details. You can use this password throughout your stay.

If arriving by taxi, your destination should be the Biblioteca Pública Municipal, located at the corner of Calle Mayor and Calle Sant Josep. From there, it’s a short 1-minute walk (less than 100 meters) via Calle Sant Josep, then turning left onto Calle Loreto. Map here.

There is no elevator and the stairs are not suitable for persons with limited mobility or handicapped. Please, remember that: Smoking in the property is not permited. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is situated in a traditional building in Dénia’s Old Town. Please note that it does not offer scenic views, as the windows face La Moreria Alley, a quiet backstreet behind the building. This alley is considered by some to be the oldest street of Dénia.
